Events Overview

Lodging Capacity

  • Summer Season (May–October): Lodging for up to 32 guests total, including Camp SkyTent.

  • Winter Season (November–April): Lodging for up to 18 guests total, excluding Camp SkyTent.

Event Capacity: Up to 75 guests

Accommodations

  • Farm Manor: Accommodates up to 11 guests with 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a spacious living room.

  • Barn Manor: Accommodates up to 7 guests across 2 floors with 1 full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a cozy living space.

  • Camp SkyTent Campsites (May–October): Hosts up to 14 guests across 5 tents (2–3 guests per tent) with 1 porta potty.

Event Spaces

  • Pine Tree Forest: Ideal for intimate wedding ceremonies and social gatherings.

  • Wildflower Meadow: A perfect location for receptions and open-air events.

Booking Process

  1. Inquiry: Reach out with your preferred event dates and estimated guest count.

  2. Reservation: Once terms and dates are agreed upon, we'll create a custom booking link for your event.

  3. Customization: Discuss any additional services or specific arrangements you'd like for your event.

Event Pricing

  • Accommodation Pricing: Follows our standard Airbnb rates (Airbnb platform fees excluded).

  • Event Flat Fee: $500 in addition to accommodation costs.

  • Additional Guest Fee: For full-property events, an extra charge of $20 per guest applies for guest counts over 32, plus the flat fee.

Security Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total rental and event fees, refundable.

Additional Details

Event Insurance

  • For certain events, event insurance is required. Perry City Manors, LLC should be listed as an additional insured party on the policy, with proof provided 5 days before the event.

Event Coordination

  • We highly recommend a designated point of contact or a wedding planner to help coordinate event logistics.

Noise and Curfew

  • To respect our local community, please adhere to the noise curfew from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Events must conclude by 9:00 PM.

Parking

  • On-site parking is available for up to 30 vehicles. Guests are responsible for any additional parking arrangements.

Photography and Videography

  • Professional photography and videography are welcome on-site.

Additional Services

  • Please notify us in advance if you’d like any extra services or equipment arranged.

Cleanup and Damages

  • The property should be left in its original condition. Any damages may incur additional charges.
