Trumansburg · Finger Lakes · New York
Restored by hand.
Hosted by us.
A farmhouse, a barn, tree tents in the pines, and a historic house in the village — all brought back carefully, all looked after by the two of us. Near Ithaca, Cayuga Lake and the wineries.
Check Dates
Tell us your weekend. We'll show you what's open.
A farmhouse, a barn, and a village studio year-round — tree tents in the pines in season, and our own historic home a few times a year. If your first choice is taken, another one usually isn't.
Hosts First
We live here. That's most of the difference.
Perry City Manors is a handful of old buildings we've brought back one at a time — a farmhouse and a barn on five acres of meadow and jack pine outside Trumansburg, and an Italianate house in the village. Original bones, honest materials, and everything you actually need working properly.
We've hosted in the Finger Lakes for over a decade, and we're still the ones who answer the phone.

Details & booking"Amazing host, amazing property. Lex et al were clearly the best in both reviews and pricing. For the birders out there — saw numerous turkey vultures, red tailed hawks, and even a bald eagle right above the barn. Highly recommend!!"
"The tree topper tent was a complete hit with the kiddos. Taughannock Falls, Buttermilk Falls and downtown Ithaca were all within 15–20 minutes. We will definitely be returning and have already recommended this property to friends."
