Why Teams Come Here

The offsite that doesn't feel like a conference

Perry City Manors offers thoughtfully designed retreat spaces for leadership teams, academic departments, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations — groups that need focus, privacy, and real connection, away from the distractions of the working week.

There's no conference centre here, no shared lobby, no other group down the hall. You have the property. Large communal rooms hold the whole team; smaller spaces and outbuildings absorb the breakout sessions. When the conversation stalls, people go outside — and it changes.

What Makes It Work

Built for the way retreats actually run

Flexible gathering spaces

Large communal rooms for full-group sessions, with smaller spaces and separate structures for breakouts — without anyone having to book a room.

Comfort that supports focus

Real beds throughout, natural light, and proper kitchens. People who sleep well and eat well show up differently on day two.

Privacy and quiet

A secluded setting with no shared facilities and no interruptions. What's said at the retreat stays at the retreat, literally.

Somewhere to step outside

Trails, fire pits, porches, and open landscape. The most useful conversation of the weekend usually happens on a walk.

Two Retreat Settings

Country compound, or village house

Two genuinely different environments. Which one fits depends on your group's size and what you need the days to feel like.

A private, nature-based compound

A secluded rural property for groups that benefit from both shared gathering and natural separation. Multiple structures mean breakout sessions happen without anyone leaving.

Additional seasonal capacity is available at Camp SkyTent, where guests can stay in unique tree tents tucked into the woods — roughly six to eight more people, May through October.

Baldwin Manor, a historic house in the village of Trumansburg, New York
Baldwin Manor

A village house for smaller leadership teams

In the village of Trumansburg — historic outside, fully modern inside. Better suited to executive-level groups who want to walk to a café between sessions rather than drive.

Up to 13, or about 15 with the Walnut Apartment
Rooms
6 bedrooms across the main house and attached apartment
Setting
Seasonal in-ground pool, large fenced backyard, sauna, fireplaces

What Groups Say

From people who've held theirs here

We loved making use of all the outdoor space. The field and trails through the back and the fire pits were wonderful additions. The farm and barn houses were plenty big to fit our group and were exactly what we needed for a weekend away.
Cailyn · Airbnb
It's a lovely spot for a group to gather — comfortable porch, cozy fire pit, and lots of space. The location is quite secluded and peaceful.
Timothy · Airbnb
A great place for friends to go on retreat. Plenty of space for chats, meals, and much else.
