Pricing, messaging, and reporting are covered by your management fee. Cleaning, maintenance, and grounds work are billed separately, based on what your property actually needs.

Do I keep ownership of my property?
Absolutely. You remain the owner. We simply manage the rental on your behalf.
Can I still use my home?
Yes. You control your calendar and block off time whenever you'd like.
Do I have to list only on Airbnb?
No. We can manage your property across Airbnb, Vrbo, and other platforms.
How do you get paid?
A transparent management fee based on the level of service you need. We'll walk through pricing during your consultation.
What's included in the management fee, and what's billed separately?
The management fee covers day-to-day operations — pricing, guest messaging, and reporting. Cleaning is coordinated by our established team and billed separately; we'll work out with you whether that's hourly or a flat rate per turnover. Maintenance, mowing, and snow are optional add-ons, billed only if you'd like us to handle them.
