The Farm
The light blue farmhouse. Big kitchen, porch, and the meadow out the back door. The default choice for most families.
2 – 7 people
The Barn
A converted barn on the same land. Quieter, a little more tucked away. Good as a second house for an overflow group.
2 – 15 people
Baldwin Manor
The historic house in the village, walkable to Trumansburg. Sleeps 13, or about 15 with the Walnut Apartment attached.
6 – 8 people · May–Oct
Camp SkyTent
Tree tents suspended in the pines. Seasonal, and usually booked alongside the Farm or the Barn rather than alone.

Summer and fall weekends fill early, and graduation weekends fill earliest of all. Two things worth trying before you give up: shift to a Sunday–Thursday stretch, which is quieter and cheaper, or write to us anyway. Cancellations happen, and we hear about them first.
