Arrive via private driveway parking just two blocks from Trumansburg’s charming Main Street. Enter through a garden gate to your key-coded private entrance.

Black Walnut Apartment is attached to our personal home, The Baldwin Manor. We are usually present on the property, as this is our primary residence.
At times when we are traveling, the main house may be rented separately as The Baldwin Manor. Regardless of occupancy, your studio remains fully private with its own entrance and designated outdoor sitting area.
Because the studio shares a wall with the main home, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds such as footsteps or voices, particularly during daytime hours. Most guests find the space quiet and restful, but we believe in being transparent about the shared structure.
To maintain privacy for everyone:
Guests do not have access to the main house, pool, or private backyard
Baldwin Manor guests do not have access to the studio
We ask all guests to enjoy the property with quiet respect for the space and one another.
